6 day old baby with fever

Mother brings this 6 day old 2.2 kg
baby to the clinic this morning stating
it's been running fever. Temp was
102.2 by axilla. Where's a good
neonatologist when you need one! Baby
was sent to the hospital however the
hospital has minimal serves. Makes me
aware once again of how fortunate we
are in the US with our health care!
